1. Definitions

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or technical issues

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. pg638 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with balances. Inactive accounts may be closed after 24 months of inactivity, with remaining balances forfeited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the pg638 platform shall be resolved through the following process:
